Our laser coating can standard 12000W laser. The laser lens mainly produced by Quartz glass.Laser threshold>70J/CM2
Our High Laser Power Spherical Lenses are precision polished from high-purity quartz (JGS1) and engineered for demanding laser applications. Available in diameters from 5 mm to 600 mm, each lens is finished to surface quality 10-5 with PV < 1/20 λ and RMS < 0.1 nm, ensuring excellent beam quality and minimal scatter for high-power focusing and collimation.
As a professional Spherical Lenses Manufacturer, we combine advanced optical fabrication, strict quality control, and flexible customization to support a wide range of industrial and laser applications. From prototype development to high-volume production, our capabilities cover diverse materials, precision geometries, and high-performance coatings tailored to your exact requirements.

What laser lens can be provided by Sunday Optics?
Laser Damage Threshold (LDT) & Coatings
Standard lens LDT is rated > 70 J/cm². We offer high-power AR coatings and damage-resistant coatings suitable for continuous wave (CW) and pulsed fiber/diode lasers (examples: 1064 nm, 1030–1080 nm). For ultra-high peak power systems we recommend fused silica substrates with custom coating stacks — request our LDT test report for your exact laser parameters.

FAQ
Q: What is the LDT and how is it tested?
A: We test LDT per [your test standard, e.g., ISO 11154 or manufacturer test rig], report includes wavelength, pulse duration, spot size and fluence.
Q: Which coatings are available for high power?
A: High-damage-threshold AR coatings for 1030–1100 nm, broadband AR, and hardened dielectric stacks — specify your wavelength and pulse regime.
Q: Can you provide custom diameters and edge chamfers?
A: Yes — tolerances, chamfer, AR-coating mask etc. available on request; minimum order quantities apply.
Q: What lead time for prototype vs volume?
A: Prototype: 7–14 business days; volume: depends on qty and coating — typical 3–6 weeks。
Q: Do you offer ISO/QA test reports?
A: Yes — surface interferometry reports, surface roughness, LDT and material certificates (material batch traceability).
Q: Can you mount the lens / supply mounted assemblies?
A: Yes — we provide mounting & AR-coated lens assemblies; request drawing.
Q: What applications are typical?
A: Laser processing, fiber laser focusing, scientific pulsed lasers, medical devices.
